Inför varje årstid – fyra gånger om året – sätter vi ihop en låda med ekologiska viner från småskaliga vinbönder. Vi väljer givetvis viner som smakar gott men som också på ett ärligt sätt reflekterar sitt ursprung.

Våra viner

Vi vill att vinerna både ska vara goda i smaken och på ett ärligt sätt reflektera sitt ursprung. Vinerna är ekologiska eller biodynamiska, de flesta certifierade. Samtliga innehåller minimalt med tillsatser, i regel bara en liten dos svavel. Odlingen sker på små arealer mellan fem till tjugo hektar. Vinerna kommer från Europa med fokus på Frankrike, Italien, Tyskland, Österrike och Slovenien. Vi köper vinerna direkt från vinbonden, utan mellanhänder eller grossister.

Vinmeny med recept ingår

I den vinmeny som ingår i varje vinlåda får vi möjlighet att berätta om eldsjälarna som arbetar i vingårdarna och hur de framställer vinet. Här finns också intressanta fakta om vinerna samt ett recept för varje vin och förslag på andra passande rätter.

Just want to express a thank you for your good, well selected wines. In addition, getting a description of the wine's respective vineyard and recipes for suitable food feels extra nice and down-to-earth. Have been a subscriber to Vinlådan for 5 years. During this time I have been satisfied with every single bottle of wine. On one occasion it was quite extra and after email I managed to get two more bottles of this fantastic wine. The wines are exciting and it pays to read the food suggestions as inspiration to get the most out of each bottle! The delicatessen box doesn't run short either, exciting things, sometimes something I've never seen, sometimes a favourite.

I have been a subscriber to the wine box for 1.5 years and what I have discovered over time is that I have developed in the flavor combination of wine and food, which is the merit of the wine box.
